Hello Everyone,
I was just trying to use Gov.UK "Check Your Application Status" function to check the status of my tier 2 change of employment application status (made in the UK). I have entered all types of reference numbers it asks on the website but all came back as "Reference number not recognised".
Does this mean they have not started to review my application yet? or does this mean they did not receive my application? (Special Delivery stated as delivered). I have not received the letter for enrolment of my biometric information. My application was made on 17th November 2017.
Thank you.

Have you received the letter to ask you to enrol your biometric information? What application did you make? Did you apply from inside the UK?
Thank you!

Yes,after you made the payment for your application, you should be able to download the bio-metric enrollment letter.
Actually now you can go and make login to your account in Gov.UK and download it. However, I know that you have only two weeks to enroll your barometric after submission of your application otherwise your application will be rejected. In both cases, you can login now and download it

From 20 September 2017, the Biometric Enrolment Letter (BEL) for sponsored workers will automatically be created when you complete your online application.

I am in the same situation!
Applied via Priority service on 27th Nov and sent all documents on 28th Nov with special delivery. Royal mail tracking says all received on 29th Nov. Biometric done on 28th, same day of sending documents. Now still unable to track status online. Even with IHSXXX number, showing unrecognized!! any suggestions?

No, I received nothing.
Since I have the right to work now during waiting the decision, I don't care so much
