Hi all members. I’m non eu family I married to my wife eu .may 2012 / I issued residence card 22 April 2013 valid until 25 April 2018 .my waifs naturalised as British citizens on may 2013 .after 5 years since date of marriage .i apply on 23 June 2017 for permanent residence card and been refused because my wife dual citizens HO say from may 2013 is not eligible to sponsor my application I appeal to the court and still waiting.any one can help in this case please

I believe the decision may be wrong as you appeared to have a right of residence in July 2012, and therefore covered by transitional provisions.

Take them to the court, but you have already done that I suppose.

After Lounes case judgement, it is irrelevant that your spouse has become British. Their decision is wrong.
