Need some information.please

Dear Respected Concerning Person.
I am Portuguès national and last month i had applied EEA family permit uk visa for my wife.By mistake i have been refused because of couldn't send my Identity card copy or passport copy.
Refusal exactly is state that:
failed to supply evidance of your sponser's identity that he is EEA national.
I made this application on17th Nov 2017 and i received on 7th Dec 2017 back it.
It was my negligence totally i dont know how i forgot to send my portugues passport copy.

Anyhow i just want to ask after how long i can reapply application because they dont give me to right of appeal.
