VISA aplication Ambassy

We have been filling an appliction for my husbands spouse visa and ordered a time.

In the question 21 it says: What is the main purpose of the visit? Then I have checking Others and have been writing: Directive 2004/38 Spouse Visit

Is that correct?

When you are having your appointment at the ambassy is it possible to chang in the application at that time. If they for example say: Oh you should change this???
