Spouse visa refused

[ECO clueless]

Hey everyone

I wonder if anyone could help me in anyway possible way as l am helpless and don’t really know what to do right now.
I’ve applied for soups visa for my wife in Jordan Amman on 8/5/2017 and after good few month got refused on 19/09/2017 because the ECO is not satisfied on certain things such as i did not wished her or she didn’t wish me wellbeing on our birthday or I stated i have visited her roughly twice a year but one while she finishing her 4 university but in 2015 only been once, however i had 5 year chat history 66k of msg most of it in English, call history flight ticket thousands of our pictures gift etc etc. However i am not that disappointed with the decision they have all the right to use their power lawfully, but what is driving me crazy is thay only send me refusal later with marriage certificate and that about it. I have give them 5 years proof of our relationship aswell as all translated officials documents such as birth certificate marriage certificate her mobile phone contract her English language test tb test and all the documents I’d to prepare here in uk like housing report done by cite council my work contract p60 payslip bank statement western union receipt all utilities tv license and so on, basically the only thing physically thay haven’t lost is me and my wife.
After few exchanges email with them trying to find out what on earth going on first response was wait for 20 working day then nothing happened on 5th week contact them again they say your application is not decided yet you have to wait by then I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry
I had to email them the refusal letter. Only response i got is that thay will re esclate the case and wait 20 working day by this point i realised they just don’t know what they even talking about.
And now I’m lost So as all my documents please some help even if its only small information or good barrister, my Solicter is useless.

Can you post the exact wording of the refusal, taking out personal information please?

This is a very distressing situation. Are you the one that posted the supporting documents to them or your lawyer?

Where was the documents submitted, was it Sheffield or Amman.

Were copies taken of those important documents.

I believe your lawyer should send pre action protocol to them.

You do not meet the eligibility relationship requirements of paragraphs E-ECP.2.1 to 2.10
Because you have not demonstrated a subsisting relationship with your sponsor.

That all and then he goes on about he is not satisfied about it.

I did attend at Tlscontact centre in Amman and hand my documents in personally on the submission date.
And i have all copy of those documents what i have give them apart from few things like communication or chat history which is not a major issue i can always get up to date one.

I forgot to mention i have appealed within time line not that i want it to if i had a choice I would apply again because i am awear of waiting time which I can’t afford it anymore, but i just to be on safe side in case I don’t get my documents back i can fight this at court.

And my lawyer is not that experience i do more work then he actually could do and I don’t have a clue when it come to immigration rule and law.

What evidence of subsisting relationship did you submit?? They would expect to see evidence of whatsapp chats, facebook posts/messaging, evidence of phonecalls, visits etc.

It will appear that OP provided all that was required, but they lost his documents and punished them with a refusal, having done so.
