Tier 2 Sponnsorship job agencies

Hi,
I would like to get advise about available opportunities in the UK. I am currently studying my MBA in Europe. However I would like to come to the UK on Tier 2 visa. And here are my questions:
1. how difficult and time consuming is tier 2 application from Europe?
2. Are there any agencies specializing in finding sponsor? If no where can i find sponsor?
3. Are there any other ways to come UK while being in Europe while on student visa? are these any easier then tier 2?

1. It really depends on your skills and work experience.

2. Not that I am aware of. You would need to find your field in the HO approved Tier 2 Sponsor List (click)

3. If you want to work in the UK, then Tier 2 General is the only route. The 'easier' route of Tier 1 General (no sponsor needed) has been closed.
If you have £200k, you could also look at Tier 1 Entrepreneur. Depending on your nationality and age, you MIGHT be able to look at the Tier 5 visa.

I dont have any work experience. I am originally from India and currently I am on student visa in the Europe doing MBA.
1.What are chances of getting sponsor in my case?
2.Is it better to find sponsor while still studying or after completing study?
3. Whats tier 5 and how is better than teir 2 visa?

1. No one can answer this. It really depends on what you are looking for, your education and what an employer thinks your value will be.

2. Makes no difference as you are not studying in the UK, where it might have been easier.

3. Tier 5 is a lesser length visa but you don't qualify for the Tier 5 YMS and you would have to look into the Tier 5 Government Exchange Programme, which you might qualify for but I am not sure. Tier 5 does not lead to permanent residence. https://www.gov.uk/tier-5-government-au ... d-exchange
