Job description does not fit, help please

Dear Immigration experts,

Could I please request an advice on Tier 2 visa. I have currently accepted a role in a property administrator role. The company has Tier 2 License as per Gov.uk list, however, I have a concern if the role's job descriptions are on the list of jobs that can be sponsored with Tier 2 visa.

My question is can this job be fit for sponsorship and if it does, what job description alteration it requires to do and how much the salary band should be for the application to be successful?
