Hi,
I am 28 years old , currently being on student visa in Europe doing MBA, originally from India. I would like to get advise about Tier 5. And here a few questions:
1. Am i eligable to apply Tier 5? Do i need to go back India or can i apply from Europe?
2. How do i get sponsor?
3. Can i shift tier 5 visa to tier 2 visa once in the uk? Or any other visa?
4. Should i wait till i complete my degree or can i apply before conpletition?

1. Should be fine from Europe but you need to check the requirements, it is after all a 'government exchange' visa.

3. No you cannot 'switch' to Tier 2 in the UK. You would have to apply from India for Tier 2. What 'other' visa did you think you could switch to?
