they stated all question which I answered during the interview.
Discrimination... which is not allowed. You have to select employees based on their competencies and relevant experience and qualifications and not the way they look, unless you are running a modelling agency.
Yes, it may involve discrimination problem but it has nothing to do with immigration rules. Its very unfortunate that interviewer mis understood the answer. Sorry to hear that.
After interview, I have printed one dormant company's website and sent to them. They did have website during that time but I don't know why their website is suspended now.
