NARIC Letter Application - Help Needed

Hello,

My wife is on a Tier 1 (PBS) Dependent Visa and she will be applying for her ILR in January 2018. I am currently a British Citizen.

We are applying for a NARIC letter for her (RED Route). Can you please advise, while applying what options should be chosen for:-

Immigration Tier -> I guess it should be Family, Settlement and Nationality?

Immigration Route -> What should this be -> Should I chose Family, or should I chose Settlement?
