Hi,

Apologies, if this has already been posted or has been posted in the incorrect place.

I am due to apply for my wife's second FLR(M) extension. She is due from 01/01/2018 (visa expiring 01/02/2018). Unfortunately, my mother is not well and I have to fly to Pakistan in couple of weeks. Do I have to send my original passport or can i send the copies with a cover note?

I will appreciate, if anyone can response quickly.

Is she applying in person or by post?

If in person, certified copy and a letter from your stating why you are not attending the appointment with her.

If by post, copies are accepted anyway.

Please also note that you are required to prove that you meet the financial requirement at the time of application.
