Switching Employer on Tier 2 ICT Long Term

Hi,

I am looking for some expert advice on my visa situation.

I am currently working in UK with Company A on a Tier 2 ICT Long Term Visa, visa was issued on Aug 2016 and valid until Aug 2019. I have job offer from UK Company B. I have the below Queries

1. Can I switch from Tier 2 ICT Company A to Tier 2 ICT Company B
2. Is there any alternative without returning to India and serving cool off period as my child is studying here ?

Can your dependent spouse not qualify for their own Tier 2 General or Tier 4 and you change to dependent status for 12 months???

Sorry for the late response.

Is it possible to switch Tier 2 ICT from Company A to Tier 2 ICT Company B or Tier 2 General without serving cool off as my child is studying here.

My wife is on dependent visa and I am looking on an alternative option to switch from Company A to Company B without cool off.

Please suggest the best option.
