Child with ILR less than 12 months and BC application

Dear Sir/Madam
My child born out side of the UK and he got his ILR for around 6months ago. My wife and I also got ILR for 12 months now. My question is
Could my child apply with me and his mum for British citizenship now even he still hasn't finished 12 months??

Your help will be highly appreciated

Just to clarify that my daughter is 13 years old and she got her ILR for around 6months now and we would like her to apply now with me and her mum for British citizenship

Mum and dad finished 12 months with ILR
Daughter only finished around 6 months
