FLR(M) questions..HELD needed

Post by Mrs K » Thu Dec 21, 2017 5:44 pm

Hello everyone. I have got premium service booked in for next week. In the middle of filling the form. Need help with some questions,

Page 11 Q 2.3
Indicate what stage of extension of leave that I am applying for.

My husband came to U.K. On spouse visa and this is the 1st time I am applying to extend after 2.5 years. So which one I should choose?.. there are 4 options which I have no clue with one I should select

Page 18 Q. 5.8
Have you ever been refused a visa for any country including the U.K.
His visa was refused initially but we have appealed and got allowed.. would that be yes or no ?

Page 27 Q7.3
Indicate which option you are relying on
Category A or B
I am the sponsor and using my earnings to meet the financial requirements. So which category I have to choose?

Page 43 Q8.4
Asking for SELT unique ref Number provided by the awarding body.
My husband passed A2 test by Trinity college LOndon. The certifiable hasn't got any number called SELT unique ref No. so can I leave that blank?

It would be very helpful if anyone reply to my questions.

Thnks in advance

Perhaps because members are busy with other commitments at 5:44pm in the evening such as traveling home from work, spending time with families or maybe out Christmas shopping!!!

If you expect advice for free, then suggest be a bit patient.

Also be aware that the moderator's role isn't to answer every question posted on the forum. We're simply here (on a voluntary basis) to make sure the Board is running smoothly and to block spam or remove offensive posts...when we have the time

Moderators don't necessarily have greater knowledge than the other members and often less so. I haven't responded to your post as I'm not able to advise on this with confidence.

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.

Hi

The Selt number is the one on the bottom of the application (long number with digits and letters);
Regarding previous refusal, try to explain it in the covering letter and I would tick yes, and then explain that it was overturned.

Ps feel free to pm should you have any further questions.

Yours
M.
