10 years long residency SET (LR) -Supporting Documents

Post by talkhome » Thu Dec 21, 2017 9:42 pm

Hi Everyone,

I am a British Citizen and this question relates to my Spouse who is currently on FLR (M) 2.5 years visa issueed in August 2016.

1. She entered UK on 20th March 2008 under old student dependent visa.
2. Then, she further extended visas as dependent under Tier 4 dependent, PSW dependent and FLR (M).
3. She has never travelled abroad in these 10 years, no visa refusal

My questions are as follows:

1. Is she eligible to apply under long residency rule since she will complete her 10 years on 23 February 2018?

2. If yes, then is it enough to attach all her passports, current BRP, Life in the UK certificate and Trinitycollege English certificate or we are missing any documents?

3. Is there a maintenance requirement for long residency route e.g any funds need to be help for specific period?

1. Yes.

2. Set(LR) form clearly states the documents required, which are fairly minimal.

3. No.
