tier 2 dependent application before principal applicant

Hello there,

I have applied for an extension to my current tier 2 and only got my premium service appointment just 3 days before my current visa expires. My family members will use regular service. My question is, can they submit their application and complete biometric enrollment before I complete my premium service appointment?

No they cannot. They must either apply with you or submit their applications after yours has been approved.
