hello everyone
i would like to have help on applying for wife visa she is on tier 2 dependent visa which is finishing next month
i have ILR on 5 years basis from tier 2 work permit
my question is
1 which form i need to fill
2 document i need
3 how to pay NHS and how much
4 how long she will get visa
5 she has B1 ENGLISH TEST is it fine

When did your wife get her initial Tier 2 dependent visa?

first she got visa nov 2013 to 29/1/2013 came uk 26 jan 2014
extension 9/2/2015 to 27/1/2018

Why are you switching her visa to ILR Dependent?

She can continue to extend her PBS Dependent visa till she reaches 5 years residence to apply for ILR. Applying ILR Dependent visa will reset her clock to zero and a new 5 year (2 x 2.5 year visas) before she will qualify for ILR.

Online PBS Dependent form.

Follow the process of what the form says as you progress online. You do need to show maintenance funds.

3 how to pay NHS and how much

4 how long she will get visa

3 Year visa extension.

5 she has B1 ENGLISH TEST is it fine

Not required for PBS Dependent extension.
