Transfering or applying for tier 2 from tier 5

Hi,

i have an Indian Passport . I completed my bachelors degree in the UK on tier 4 and then applied for tier 5 and got it approved. The company i am working for likes my performance and is ready to sponsor me even after my tier 5 expires in Sept 2018. Is there any way possible I am eligible for Tier 2 new entrant visa where the company has to pay me minimum £20800 and can I apply for it from within the UK?

You can only apply from home country. Sponsor needs to complete full and proper RLMT.
