Changing Employer in Tier-2 ICT visa

Hi Experts,
I have a question regarding changing the employer being in UK on ICT Tier-2 visa, I came UK in 2016 and visa is valid until 2019. My question is can I change my job/employer here in UK on this visa?
If no then what are the best way to change job being in UK. I don’t want to go back India and serve the cooling period.

No. It is only possible in very limited circumstances to switch to Tier 2 General.
