Switching Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 Dependent Visa

Hi,

I have a similar situation, but it’s for Tier 2 ICT type.

I am currently in UK on Tiert 2 ICT long term visa which is valid till end of 2018 and I am employed in UK. And same is for my husband.
I want to switch to Dependent visa on my husband’s Tier 2 ICT within UK.
Would that be possible to switch without serving cooling period?

I am asking this because if the assignment finishes for me, and I will be asked to go back, can I switch to my husband’s ICT Tier 2 dependent visa within UK?

Or can switch to my husband’s ICT Tier 2 dependent visa without and pre-condition?

If not, what are the possible options in order to stay with my husband in UK?

Please help me with the answers.

There is no cooling off period for Tier 2 main visa holder switching to PBS Dependent visa.

Yes. You will have to inform your employer of your new visa if you are granted a PBS Dependent visa.

There is no 'pre-condition'. To switch within the UK you must meet the requirements, including maintenance and you must still have a valid visa when you apply to switch.

Is it possible to get it in one day, if yes what is the fees?
What is the checklist for PBS partner visa?

Yes you can apply within the UK at premium service centre for same day decision. It will be £590 PLUS the visa fee PLUS the IHS fee.

The online form wil tell you what you need to submit.

One more question, we don't have marriage certificate. to apply for PBS Dependent is marriage certificate must ? OR proof of lease and utility bills is enough?
