Dear marcnath,
Dependants have to be in country for five years, so only date of entry is applicable. So, if you dependants came a couple of months later that is a good idea to delay the extension application to ensure you and your dependants have completed 5 years when you apply for ILRjafersadeq wrote: ↑Sat Dec 23, 2017 10:33 pmDear marcnath,

There is no minimum period for the children, only for the partner.jafersadeq wrote: ↑Thu Dec 28, 2017 1:31 pmDear marcnath,
Is that for PBS partner only or for children as well ?
Thanks
The document you posted is the eligibility for the main applicant.jafersadeq wrote: ↑Thu Dec 28, 2017 2:10 pmDear marcnath,
My visa issue date 11/3/2015 , entry date 12/4/2015
My wife on 27/5/2015 , entry date 27/6/2015
If I got my extension on 28/5/2018, my family period from issue date to this date is 3 years.
But from entry date to 28/5/2018 it is 5 years minus 1 month.. Does HO count the period 27/5/2015 to 27/6/2015 as absence period or they do not count it.

Can you ask your questions in your own topic please rather than tagging onto the OPs thread and hijacking it.jafersadeq wrote: ↑Thu Dec 28, 2017 2:10 pmDear marcnath,
