Family Permit Processing Times?

Hello,

I have been looking at some info but couldn't find an update.

The "processing times" UK Gov website does not seem up to date, especially if applied from TAIWAN.

What is the processing time to get a Family Permit (6 months) VISA currently?

I have read somewhere that the EU impose a 10 working days max processing period, is that true?
