Switching to TIER 2 General From TIER 4

Hello,

I am holding a valid TIER 4 visa and want to switch to TIER 2. I am outside the UK for now but I will submit my application in the UK to be able to switch to TIER 2.

I am a bit confused with the application process. I'd be glad if you can help me to answer following questions.

How can I find appropriate SOC code and appropriate salary limit for the job I am offered?

What is the minimum point I should collect to get approval for my application?

Is there any other supporting documents excluding COS number, Graduation Certificate ?
