Hi ,
I was in Tier 2 General Visa with my former employer for around 3 years which it expires on 28th April 2018.
After a company offered me the new position with sponsorship and I intended to change my company. My former employer informed HO that last day of current work on 31st October 2017 and made a fresh application on Nov 7th but unfortunately the new employer CoS has been rejected by the Visas and Immigration dept as they have not followed proper procedures.
In the mean time, I received the curtailment letter from the HO on 12th Dec '17 stating that i should leave the UK before the current leave expires. (Can someone please tell me when should I have to leave the UK, is it 60 days or before 28th April '18).
My question is whether I can move back to my former employer with the same CoS actually used before on making an application with them and If so what would be procedures to reinstate back to my former employer as they are willing to take me back in.
