Hello
My son has a girl friend who would like to settle in Uk with my son. she is studying in australia at present and wants to work as a cook. doe anyone know what she needs to do to get a job in UK?

There is no 'boyfriend/girlfriend' visa.

She would need to find a Tier 2 General visa sponsor and see if she can get a job in the UK and a sponsored visa. Not the easiest to do, especially as a cook, which I doubt is on the list of job roles that can be sponsored.

What is she studying?
