Hi

I am looking for confirmation that the correct form to complete for my visa extension is FLR(M)?

The visa states SPOUSE/CP - link to edited image https://ibb.co/h8FQmb

I am Australian currently residing in the UK.

My visa was issued in June 2015 and expires on the 8/3/18. If I send in my application when I return from an overseas trip on the 19/2/18 - is this enough time?
