Informing residential address to UKBA

Hi everyone,
1) I am living in UK on tier 2 general visa past one and half years, do I need to inform UKBA where I live in UK ?
2) If so, could you please tell me how to do it ?
3) now on, if I start living in a shared accommodation whose rent Includes all the bills, will it be a problem while applying for ILR ? as I won’t be having any bills in my name.

There is no mandatory requirement to have bills on your name. If you have a spouse dependent, you need evidence of cohabitation.

I do have spouse dependent,
1) Do I need to provide them full 5 years utility bills ?
2) Could you please provide me the link for guidance on this matter ?
3) I have not informed to UKBA from the time I arrived in UK about my residential address, will there be a problem if I tell them after one and half year of stay in UK?
4)Do I need to keep on updating them all the time when I move the house ?

1. 2 Years if extending within the UK to prove 'subsisting marriage'.

2. Not stated explicitly in PBS Dependent guidance notes, but if you look page 63 and 64 of the FLR(M) form (click), which is a another spouse visa category, you will see what HO expects to see. Note this is NOT the form for a PBS dependent but link provided as it is the only form that lists the expected documents.
