uk settlement visa application as Self-employed

Post by yeh1224 » Fri Jan 05, 2018 11:15 am

Hi everyone,

I'm going to apply for uk settlement visa on 17th Jan 2018 as self-employed, but I have some questions regarding to the financial requirements.

Home office requires 16/17 Tax Return form and SA302 for self-employed. I've just submitted my 16/17 Tax return few days ago. I've downloaded my Tax Return form from my online self-assessment account, but there're watermarks on each page... Do you think the home office will accept it?

Regarding to SA302, I didn't find where to download it, do you know where I can get it? Will HMRC be able to send me digital versions via email?

Thank you very much!

In this post, link below, you tagged onto another members topic, you infer you are applying for LTR (leave to remain), which members might assume is an FLR(M) extension as you have posted in the spouse visa sub forum.

immigration-for-family-members/flr-m-pr ... l#p1580256

You have now started your own topic stating you are applying ILR (indefinite leave to remain), again posting in the spouse visa sub forum and not the ILR sub forum.

What is your current immigration status and what is your full UK immigration history??

I'm currently have a spouse visa on a 5 years route, while my visa finished on 18th Jan 2018, I can apply for indefinite leave to remain.

What date did you enter the UK 5 years ago on your spouse visa?
