Eligibility for ILR with 3 months less than 5years

My wife is on Tier 1 Dependent visa and is short of 3 months to get eligible for ILR. I am just wondering is there any consideration to this?

Otherwise, I have to apply for extension which is costing us £3000 for those 3 months to get eligible for ILR.

Please let me know.

No not really. She needs 5 years residence (-28 days) counted from the date she entered the UK.
