BRP Card missing for one dependent

I have received tier 1 ext approval dated 21st December 2017. I received BRP cards for me and two dependents dated 20th December 2017. However till today I have not received the BRP card for one dependent. What shall i do in this situation. Please advise. . . .

Contact UKVI. I think the letter or leaflet with the BRP had some contact details in case of any errors. Use that

You can contact Courier Company(mostly Dx) customer care to help you track your missing BRP.

In our case, My Business partner's dependant BRP was somehow sent to her old address.

Or wait until 10 working days from the date of approval and contact UKVI.

My visa been approved in october 2017 and we had received all documents including my dependant BRP card.But since then i haven't received my BRP card. I am chasing them from October but no update.
i have filled online form for missing BRP 3 times.Had sent letter to case worker.Had sent some emails too.Contacted MP too.But no update.Very poor service from UKVI.


Anybody gone through this kind of situation ??

He received his BRP after 6 months.
