The absence limits are no more than 450 days in the WHOLE 5 years immediately prior to date of BC application and no more than 90 absence in the 12 months immediately prior to the date of application.90 days period start from date of application or 90days per year?
You are overthinking and confusing things. The 90 days counts for the 12 months counting backwards from the date you apply. There is NO requirement to by 'in the UK' etc for the 12 month period. Makes no difference if you were 'out of the UK' when you got your PR.whatislife786 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 08, 2018 10:44 pmThanks for your quick help yeah can fulfill the 5yrs requirement i was in the uk that time but can you tell me please i was out of uk when i got my pr will home office count my 90 days from 31/12/2016 or 31/01/2017 because that was ongoing holidays from 31/12/2016 to 21/03/2017 please advise me thanks
I appriciate that you may be posting this via a mobile phone. May I encourage posters to use capitalization and punctuations to help the sentences make easy to read and follow?whatislife786 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 08, 2018 10:44 pmThanks for your quick help yeah can fulfill the 5yrs requirement i was in the uk that time but can you tell me please i was out of uk when i got my pr will home office count my 90 days from 31/12/2016 or 31/01/2017 because that was ongoing holidays from 31/12/2016 to 21/03/2017 please advise me thanks
