It's for one of my friend who is wasting money on solicitors but not getting genuine reply

Then kindly state that you are asking for someone else.

His application will likely be refused if he does not submit English test. It is mandatory.

He could request his passport back to do the test. There is a link but I cannot find it now that moderator 'vinny' has previously posted in other topics.
