Ilr criteria

Hi,

I would like to apply my ilr this year March 2018. (Tier2 )
I need assistance how much salary I have to eligible to apply ilr application,
Please let me know what all documents required.
If I get ilr my dependent has to be change dependent visa to ilr dependent visa.
