Tier2 Visa Renewal

Hello,

I am on Tier2 general Visa and now due to renewal end of my third year. My company has been sold to another company, however there is no change in my role, salary, location. In this case do I need to submit a new COS or the existing COS holds good? Pl guide.

You need a new CoS to apply for an extension.

Presumably the companies have informed HO and make the appropriate applications for a licence if required?
