Can my spouce apply for British Citizen same time

Hello All,
I am EEA national got my PR in Feb 2017 and its almost time for me to apply for British citizenship which i will do next month.
My wife and daughter NON EU got their PR in October 2017.
i just wanna know if my wife and daughter can apply for British Citizenship at same time as me in February 2018 or they will have to wait till October.

Your wife requires 12 months on PR status so it really depends on when this date is which is a date before the PR card date.
