search not available when logged on

Hi guys , i have notice that when i log in the serach button on the top right of the screen disappears.
maybe an it issue there, i have managed to search before i log in and then ovce i find what im looking for i make the log in.

It is a glitch that some new users seem to have. We are not sure why and the moderators don't control the 'backroom' of the forum.
