NCS NA application and passport

Hi All,

I was going to book the NCS appointment for the NA application but I saw this

"We also offer a passport application check and send service to people attending Nationality Checking Service appointments. There is a £10 charge per passport application"

is this for passport application? if yes, they mention to bring a form filled, I can't find the right one online, can someone tell me where to find the proper one?

Yes, NCS offers a JCAP scheme (joint citizenship and passport application).

There is no form to download. You get the form from the Post Office.
