Non EU - Migration To Ireland from UK

Hi All,
I am an Indian Residing in the UK, I ‘ve been residing in the UK for last 6 Years 10 Months and my current T2 General Visa expires in 2020. I am not meeting ILR’s criteria to apply for Long Residence and won’t be able to apply for a further T2 visa so will have to exit the country. Is there any option for me to migrate to Ireland from the UK with my Family? The current job I do is not on the shortage occupation list. I have done my Masters in MBA from the UK.
