There are more routes to ILR and BC than Tier 1. Section 6(1) is for ALL routes based on 5 years residence.I thought Section 6(1) is for Tier 1 Main applicants (ILR + 1 yr)
It is yes, but she can state 6(1) 5 years in the form.and section 6(2) for Spouse of BC
So even I need to go with Section 6(1) she need to have absences below 480 days (450 Normal + 30 disregarded) in the past 5 years ?CR001 wrote: ↑Fri Jan 12, 2018 2:28 pmThere are more routes to ILR and BC than Tier 1.
