ICT TIer2 - Cool off applicability

Hi,

I have valid UK visa till May, 2020 but my current assignment is ending this month. Due to which i need to travel back but meanwhile we are expecting another assignment to kick-off in the month of Feb which requires myself to travel back to UK. Pls advise if there is any cool-off applicable in such sceario.

No. Cooling off applies when you are making a NEW entry clearance application.

Thanks once again. One last thing... is there any days limitation applicable between assignments that i need to be cautious about e.g. upon arrival in my home country i need to travel within 60days to UK etc.,

No. ICT does not lead to ILR so any absence limit of 180 days or more breaking continuity of residence for ILR based on 5 years residence is irrelevant to you.
