Hi I'm from Nigeria. I intend to apply for a pbs dependant visa in a couple of months but my partner would be switching to apply for ilr. My questions

2. Does he have to put my name as his dependant when applying because it costs about 2000pounds including me as a dependant would be 4000pounds
3. Or

Do I have to apply separately for an extension of my tier 2 dependant visa

If he is applying for ILR then no, he does not add your name to the Set(O) form as you are not applying for ILR.

When is your partner applying for ILR and when do you plan on applying for a visa?
