the case of deportation not related to me it's for my friend.

My situation is I have discretionary leave to remain twice and I applied for ILR but I have a criminal conviction since 2006, if the HO refuse my application for ILR under criminal conviction and granted me another discretionary leave, can I have the chance to bring my wife and my child to Uk
my discretionary was for asylum refusal and I have a mental health and disability and I need someone to look after me.

he got one child hold the British passport but his wife and other child hold leave to remain, he was in prison then he sings paper to remove him, he been here now for 7 years when he back illegally.
