UK Tier 2 Dependent Visa

Hi All,

My wife works in the Maldives having works visa on the Indian passport. The work visa is valid until March 2019. Now my question is
1. Will there be any issue in tier 2 dependent visa application (Considering she has work visa for the Maldives)
2. Can she apply for tier 2 dependent visa while she didn't resign from the company in Maldives (The reason is that she wants to work for 2 more months in the Maldives after getting the BRP)

Please help me in this.
