Can 2 different employer apply to raise rCOS for the same employee in the same month?

An applicant can only have one CoS assigned to them at a time as far as I understand.

Let me explain - Can company A and Company B do RLMT and apply for rCOS for same person in the same month?

Whichever you decide to go with, the other company would need to cancel their CoS. You cannot have two CoS assigned to you.

Note, applying for a CoS allocation and assigning the CoS to a person, I believe are two different things.

Only at the time of allocation it will need to be 1 company who assigns?
