HI there,i have applied for EEA2 application(surinder singh)route and i got refusal and my appeal is still pending and the hearing date is on april 2018 and meanwhile my visa got expired on november 2017 now i want to apply for further leave to remain as we fulfill financial requirments for FLR(M).I have a child of four years and she is british citizen and my previous visa was under FlR(FP).Now can you please suggest me which category will be best to apply FLR(M) OR FLR(FP)?Thanks in advance.
