Tier 2 my school is not CoS provider

My school wants to switch my visa to Tier 2, however we just find out that my academy school is not a sponsor provider. They have a look into that and application for sponsor license is too expensive. Does anyone know that what's next? Can my school pay some money to other sponsor provider so they can offer the CoS? Or anyone can think of any alternatives?

No, this is not permitted on Tier 2 General. You can only work for your CoS sponsor and get paid by your CoS sponsor.
