hi thanks for reading -
10 years completing feburary 2018.
currently on round 2 of british spouse visa 5 year route completing april 2018 .

i am eligible for indefinte either 10 year route feb 2018 or second option is complete my spouse visa april 2018 and apply indefinite ..
Which one should i pick please? 10 year route or finish 5 year route on april 2018? marriage is sound and strong and no problem with earning or any thing ,
Before answer Please remember i had a deception case before marrying my british spouse visa ,no visa was curtailed ,never overstayer .

Probably under LR as visa fees are likely to increase in April.

Assuming you meet all the standard requirements, you would be entitled to qualify for British citizenship immediately after being granted ILR.

Set(LR) if you apply for ILR based on long residence. There is no such form as 'ILR FLRM'.
