Dependent daughter visa rejected

Hi All.

This is get some advice from you all.

We came to U.K. under hemp in 2006 . Including my daughter. After coming here my daughter studied in a IN Europe another EEA country for six years. During her study period She was allowed to come under family visa. But after completion of her education in 2012, she was not allowed enter to join the family and visa refused. She was till then and after totally depend on parents.
Still she is separated from us for the last six years. She is still single and we all are going through for six years till today under depression.
I don't understand why they refused my daughter to join the family though She was totally depending on us while shecwsscavstudent.
Are There anyway to bring her to UK to join the family?
Please advise.

What are the parents' Immigration status? How old is your daughter?

Hi Vinny ,

My.daughter when she applied for a family visa after her six year course in Romania was 24 years old in 2012.
She was totally depending on us till that time.
But when she left UK in 2006 September she was 18 yrs old. Our immigration status in 2006 was no recourse to public funds, 2010 indefinite leave to remain and 2011 UK citizens.

She is considered an adult. She won't qualify for a settlement visa to join you. She will need to find a visa she qualifies for on her own, such as Tier 2 if she can find a job and a sponsor.
