Evidence where Children Live

Post by janinah » Mon Jan 22, 2018 8:07 pm

Hello Guys,

I was checking FLR (M) form for my wife’s 2nd Extension as Spouse of a British Citizen. I found some changes in the form in Page 64/65 regarding Children. I am confused about evidence asked about children address confirming statement from School/GP/Hospital. At which case these documents required. Our children British and my wife alone applying for the Visa. So, do we need to provide letter confirming that they are living with us at the address from GP/School ? I haven’t heard about this in the forum before... is it something new ?

It is only for children also applying. Your children are not applying. You only need to submit the child's birth certificate as far as I understand.
If you are applying as the child of a person with limited leave as a partner of a settled person in
the UK or person who is in the UK with refugee leave or humanitarian protection and you are
under the age of 18 (or children who are over 18 and who have already been granted leave in
this category) then you must provide the documents listed below, in addition to those already
listed above:
Char (CR001 not Casa)
In life you cannot press the Backspace button!!
