Redundancy, Dependants Visa

Post by Sophia85 » Mon Jan 22, 2018 9:19 pm

My husband has a sponsored Tier 2 visa, but is about to be made redundant. I have a dependant's working visa and have been working here for 2 years now. So will we both lose our visas if / when he is made redundant? Can my current employer sponsor me, as I actually work for them already?

Yes, both of your visas will likely be curtailed.

Which category of Tier 2 is he on (Tier 2 General or Tier 2 ICT)?
Char (CR001 not Casa)

Alternatively you can get someone to sponsor you/r spouse.
